Setup and Modification Requests

The quickest way to request email or web setup, or to submit modification changes to existing services is to use our online support case system.

You need to register (which is quick, simple and free) - we validate your customer status against the email address you use to register. Upon registration you will be sent an email with your access details.

PLEASE NOTE: For additional security, login credentials for this site are NOT linked to any other logins for Solis services (such as email, hosting or connections).

Once logged in you will have access to additional menu options, select Create Support Case and follow the on-screen instructions.

You can check the status of your support case at any time by logging in and selecting My Support Cases.

At present the Project Lines covered by our support case system are:

  • Connection
  • email
  • Web & Hosting
  • DNS

Support cases will be assigned to the appropriate department. We aim to resolve 90% of issues within 3 hours. Modification and Setup requests may take 24 hours to complete.
